Listed as one of Hawaii's historic properties, enjoy some of the best that island living has to offer in this fully furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Diamond Head Hale. Natural light, refreshing ocean breezes, and hardwood floors flow through this home.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located in the main house, while the 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom are located in a separate studio attached to the main house with its own private entrance.

The living room features a new L-shaped sofa, wooden coffee table, island-inspired art, large flat-screen TV, built-in TV wall shelving, and ceiling fan.

The dining room, which includes a dining table with seating for 4, opens up to the breakfast bar with seating for 2 and full kitchen. The kitchen features built-in cabinetry, full size fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster oven, built-in stove top with 5 burners, and dishwasher that looks out at the palm tree-lined yard.

The master bedroom is off of the dining room, features a queen size bed, first work desk & chair, single sink counter area, closet, built-in shelves, floor fan, and en suite bathroom.

This en suite bathroom features a single sink vanity, toilet, bay window and tub/shower combo.

The second bedroom, down the hallway off of the living room, features a king size bed, second work desk & chair, split AC unit, ceiling fan, bedside table, large dresser & mirror. The hallway includes closets on both sides.

The second full bathroom is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, accessible from the common hallway, as well as the second bedroom. Includes sizeable single sink vanity area, standing shower, and toilet.

The third bedroom, off of the living room to the left, features a full-size bed, third work desk & chair, closet, window AC unit, and ceiling fan.

The fourth bedroom and third bathroom are located in the separate studio. The combined bedroom/living area features a full size bed, window AC unit, ceiling fan, kitchenette area with peninsula for counter space and mini fridge/freezer. The bathroom includes single standing shower, sink, and toilet. First set of washer and dryer is right outside the front door to the studio (left side of house).

This home also boasts a lovely front patio that opens up to a lovely wrap around yard with outdoor shower, additional small seating area, BBQ, and second set of washer and dryer (new! on right side of house).

Please note that the home has been furnished with a new water heater. Two covered parking stalls are available under the carport.

Important: As a historic residence, viewing of the property from outside the gate is allowed on 2nd Saturdays from 9am-4pm.
