Whether you`re looking to relax on the sand, explore local culture, or enjoy vibrant nightlife, everything is within easy reach.

Getting around Waikīkī and Oʻahu is easy and flexible from this central location. Most major attractions—like the beach, restaurants, shops, and parks—are within walking distance. For exploring the rest of the island, we recommend renting a car to fully experience Oʻahu’s scenic drives, hidden beaches, and popular spots like the North Shore or Hanauma Bay. If you prefer not to drive, Honolulu’s public transit system (TheBus) has stops nearby and provides affordable access around the island. Biki bike-share stations are located throughout Waikīkī, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Whether you’re staying local or planning island adventures, transportation options are convenient and accessible.

Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned home in a neighborhood community. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on-site 24/7.

-No pets are allowed on the premises
-No parties or events on the premises
-Please observe quiet hours of 11pm to 7am
-Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
-Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed.
-Please keep the lanai door closed and the front door locked when you are not present in the unit.
-A fee of $50 plus shipping will be charged for the return of any items left behind.

Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.A $25 charge will apply for stains on items.A $50 charge will apply for handling and shipping of lost & found items.These policies help us maintain the property in excellent condition and ensure smooth service for all guests. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE UNIT or on the unit property unless explicitly designated by a sign designating an area for smoking. Additionally if the smell of smoking Tobacco, Hemp, Clove, Marijuana or any other organic or inorganic substances is observed inside the unit upon your departure there will be a $500 charge. Additionally, any evidence of illegal substances (Marijuana or other illegal substances) left behind by guests will be reported to authorities. We want you to enjoy your time with us, but we have ZERO TOLERANCE for Drug use and our properties are SMOKE FREE.
