This is an older property. It has a fantastic location—literally a 3 minute walk to the beach—and nice staff. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. However, the hotel is pretty bare bones and definitely not luxe if that is what you are looking for. Rooms are relatively small. Getting ocean view is worth it…beautiful. If you don’t plan to spend much time in your room, this place will be just fine.

The location really was it for me, coz I have the view of the beach and the Diamondback. The staff are efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and house keeping cleans every 2 days. There’s a complimentary Kona coffee every mornings, and Beach Bum sunblock in the lobby as well. Also, a complimentary free 3 items rental at Beach Candy. Overall, I would come back and stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to family and friends.
