All staff were so kind and friendly. The evening meal was fabulous! Love the dining & bar area ..So cosy and love the comfort and decor. Have been here a number of times... Summer and winter .. Fabulous any time of year! Room was so good too. Highly recommenced.

More staff needed . This seems to be an ongoing issue as every time we visit we are waiting for staff to check us in or check us in to our table for food. Food was not up to standard over cooked and not hot. Bedroom was clean and functional but window frames rotting and need attention. Floors also very noisy.

Not what you need after a six hour journey. Think there was problems in the kitchen. We could not get an answer from reception as we couldn’t find the car park. Had to ask a local.
