At least 6th visit. Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms. Clean, tidy and welcoming. Staff polite and friendly. Excellent car park. Location great, central to Horncastle. Good choice of food.

Good hotel for the money, spacious car park at the rear. On our arrival we were given a room on the 1st floor overlooking the main road, the traffic noise was terrible and the bed was AWFUL the mattress was lumpy and needed replacing, we hardly slept ! We complained to 'Jenny' in reception (she was amazing a truly first class exemplary staff member) and she moved us to another room at the other side of the hotel overlooking the car park, it was lovely and we had a great second night. Restaurant was good quality and service was great.

Clean and comfortable

Lovely hotel, we stayed as part of a wedding party. The only fault i could find was the smell from the main toilets on the ground floor (not sure if they had a problem with them) everywhere else was beautifully clean, staff were excellent and friendly. Would recommend!

Stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was excellent with lovely, friendly staff. The room was big, spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. The food was also very good. Thoroughly recommend staying at The Admiral Rodney.

Staff were friendly but some need training and supervision. I don't expect my wine to be brought to my table with the words 'Ere's your drink', or my steak to smell and taste of curry; someone in the kitchen is using the same utensils to prepare or plate different dishes.

Took parents away for a night , staff very pleasant and helpful, only had one issue that we had no hot water for a shower in the morning, and we had to pay over £7.00 each for toast as my parents due tohealth issues only eat toast in morning
