Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house, including all five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy amenities like the BBQ grill, fire pit, and access to the lake. The property features a keypad door lock for easy entry, and your code will be provided via email or text on the morning of your check-in. A property information booklet link will also be emailed to you upon confirmation.
The Neighborhood:
Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.
Getting Around:
Getting around Horseshoe Bay and the surrounding Texas Hill Country is best done by car. This property offers free parking on the premises and free street parking. Additionally, a boat slip is available for those who wish to explore the lake by water.
