-Our House-
Downstairs sports an open concept living room & kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living room has a Smart TV with a surround sound system, and plenty of space to sit and relax.
Our kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, from to dishes to a crockpot, and even a Keurig. Enjoy complimentary K cups, coffee filters, syrup, and more!
Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a walk in closet, and an ensuite bathroom that has everything you need to relax, including a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a bathroom across the hall that has a walk in shower.
Upstairs you will find 1 queen sized sofa bed and 1 bunk bed (bottom is full size, top is twin size) and extra large windows so you have beautiful view of the lake. There is a TV with a DVD player and several movies so you can have the perfect movie night. There is also a closet that has several board games, card games, and books to keep the party going.
The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo & linens/pillows for the pull out couch.

General info: Free WIFI. All bathrooms come with towels and complimentary toiletries. There is a washer/dryer and iron/board along with extra paper towels.
No Pets. No Smoking Allowed indoors.

Surrounding areas-
You will have direct access to the lake on site. Feel free to use the 4 kayaks we have on premises as well as the fishing poles. There is a boat ramp within five minutes of the house and you can dock the boat at our private boat dock.

Attractions-
Hot Springs is home to many fun activities for everyone. Mid-America Science Museum (4.6 miles), Funtrackers Family Park (5.2 miles), Magic Springs Water and Theme Park (13 miles), and Pirates Cove Mini Golf (14 miles) are sure to keep you having a great time.
Other places to visit include Bathhouse Row, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Oaklawn Casino, the Mountain Tower, and national & state parks hosting several trails showing off beautiful Hot Springs, AR!
