The flat walk to the water makes access easy and fun. Inside, relax in the living room or spacious TV room with a reclining sectional. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a fully stocked vintage-chic kitchen, this warm retreat is perfect for families and friends.
The space
This beautiful property welcomes you with:
• One king bedroom featuring a spacious closet and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a soaking tub. Inside the closet, you’ll find a 43” TV on a rolling floor stand for your convenience. The bedroom opens through sliding doors to a private patio with a lake cove view, which also connects to the lower-level porch where you’ll find the hot tub and outdoor dining area.
• Two queen bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and spacious closets, sharing a hallway bathroom.
• Main living/family room with a 3-seat couch, a full-size sleeper sofa, and a 55” smart TV. (The fireplace is decorative only and not in use.)
• Dining area with an 84” long table, 4 chairs and one bench-comfortably seating up to 8 guests when you include the counter stools.
• Fully equipped kitchen featuring a wine chiller, Keurig Duo coffee maker, and all the essentials you’ll need for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen also features a counter-height seating area for three people.
• Second living room with a 65” TV, a 7-seat sectional, and 2 cozy accent chairs, perfect for movie nights or gatherings.
• Laundry room with washer and dryer, that leads to the half bath (powder room) for convenience.

Outside, enjoy multiple seating areas across three back patios, a relaxing hot tub, and a beautiful fire pit area set on a paved platform with Adirondack chairs — all nestled close to the water for the perfect lakeside experience.
Guest access
You’re welcome to use all spaces inside and outside the property, except for the two locked storage cabinets (one in the laundry room and the other in the hallway next to the bedrooms) — those are for host use only. The outdoor storage area will also remain locked and is reserved for the hosts.
Other things to note
Each year, Lake Hamilton goes through its regular drawdown starting around November 1st. The water begins to refill between March 1st and March 8th, and is usually back to full level by mid-March.

Because this property is located in a quiet cove, the water here sits a bit lower than in other parts of the lake, and during the drawdown season, the cove will be completely dry until the lake refills in spring.
