first of all, I was not aware that the property was undergoing a total renovation. when we arrived, our TV was not connected. Our room was never cleaned, we had to call down for clean towels to be brought to our room. on the second night of our stay, when I got ready to take a shower there was no water to our room. there was a pipe broken. I went to bed without a shower, and I have no idea when the water was turned back on. this was the worst stay at a Hilton I've ever experienced.

I like the space you get with this hotel. Its easy to park and walkable, yet just off the main strip. The attached living room with door to close off is nice. There was still a lot of remodeling happening when we were there. The breakfast left much to be desired.

We come here each year, and this location is a great launch spot for us to go hiking. Breakfast buffet is fabulous! Staff are awesome! Manager's welcome hour is a real treat. The newly renovated rooms are a nice upgrade!

Was not aware the entire property was under construction. Very loud construction noise, room was never cool. Room was very dated and unclean. Only positive was the room was large. Went for my birthday celebration and was extremely disappointed and was definitely not worth the cost of the 2 night stay. If given the option through Expedia I would have asked to cancel and refund and stay at another hotel. I have more to say but will address all my disappointments for the corporate office.

So we recently stayed at your location, to start of, when we checked in the lady in charge was not courteous at all, when we arrived the door was locked and we even thought we where in the wrong place cause we saw a lot of construction getting done. so the lady came and opened the door did not greet or excused the mess, she just asked for an ID an my credit card, didn't explain anything about our stay such as where the room was, where the elevator was etc. We stayed because the reservation was already made and we dont like to be annoying but the noise every morning was just to loud Making our mornings uncomfortable. I wish i had known the place was in renovation status and i would've gonne somewhere else, i would've expected the price to be cheaper for the inconvenience.

Nice place, great price

The hotel was undergoing major renovations but that did not bother us much, given the great rate we got. Only complaint was there was only a half a roll of toiler paper in the room. This was fixed as soon as we notified someone.
