Excellent place to accommodate a large group.

We really had a lot of fun. We got to feed the fish and geese. It was an central location to go and do things. Alison the manager was amazing doing our walk through. Will stay there again.

Perfect house to relax and recharge.

The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was stocked better than any other home we have ever rented. The owners were quick to respond to questions and provided us with all information we needed. They have an amazing caretaker named Allison that made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

Graduation trip / family vacation for my son that loves to fish

I booked this house for myself and my 5 kids, two spouses and 3 grandbabies. This was the perfect house for us all. It's immaculate. The deck and view is very nice. The house was super clean. We cooked almost every meal and the kitchen was well-stocked for all of our needs. We will definitely consider returning again and maybe even using both properties with extended family.

This trip was all about spending time with family and from the beginning of looking for a place to rent, to the time we left Mr. Malcom was very helpful, kind, and wanting to make our stay prefect. We meet Mrs. Allison at the house and she was very sweet and helpful on making sure we had everything we needed when she did the walk through with us. And although we didn't have to she said to call her for anything that we needed. They kids loved fishing off the boat dock. The house is stocked with everything that you need to cook and even grill. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We spent most of our time out on the back deck. Can't wait for us to plan another trip here.

Nice house on the lake

We rented this house as well as the big one next door to do a family reunion with 23 people. We wanted everyone to have their own room. Was just a short walk from next door. Had 5 great bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything was clean. Lots of kitchen things to use. Big living room with comfortable couches. Beautiful scenery and trees fall colors out the windows over the lake. We mainly used this house to sleep and prepare food for Thanksgiving over at the big house. Chris the owner & Allison the caretaker were both super nice people and informative! Would stay here again.

Very Clean and spacious house

We enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all 8 of us to stay very comfortably. We booked this trip to go to visit family and go to the Horse Races which is always a fun time. Allison was super nice and very helpful with any questions we had before we arrived and once we were there. The house is located on a canal which would be great for summer and access to the lake. Since we were there in February we really didn't use the outside area but there is a nice outdoor deck overlooking the canal. It is a very quiet neighborhood which we appreciate. We plan on renting this house again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Lake Draw Down

Our primary reason for choosing this property was lake access. When we arrived at the property we noticed the lake had been drawn down leaving us no access to the lake. We were informed that this is a yearly occurrence but no where on the listing was this noted. I can understand if the the lake was down due to lack of rain or other natural instances but this is a known issue and we were never informed before booking. If we had known we would have chosen another property. When we brought this up with the owners property manager her response was I will let them know. This is information that should be mentioned in the listing and we were extremely dissatisfied with our stay.

Awesome!

The property manager was the most awesome person you would want to meet. She made sure we knew everything about the property before she left. She never bothered us after her introduction and tour of the house but assured us she was there if we needed her. The rooms were big, and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. We had plenty of space for 13 people. The kids and some of the adults enjoyed fishing in the canal behind the house. It had rained so they couldn't swim. The water was too dirty but that was OK we had plenty of other things to do. The kitchen was well equipped with about anything you would need to cook. There was an abundance of bath towels and bath cloths. Plenty of extra blankets if you are cold natured. There was plenty of seating room with two sofas and a loveseat. Also, plenty of seating for eating with two dining tables seating four each and a game table seating four. We had lots of fun, lots of laughs and made many memories. We would go back again if we ever decided to vacation in Arkansas again.

Don’t think about it just book it!

The property exceeded my expectations. It’s in a great neighborhood. The house was very clean upon arrival. Allison walked us through the house and showed us everything. She was very polite, friendly and made you feel welcome. The house has everything you need! Towels, dishes, even leaves a few dishwasher and laundry pods for you. The AC in the house works amazing especially for the hot days. The house feels has a very welcoming factor to it. The WiFi was fast. We did not get to enjoy the lake behind the house for swimming due to rain, but it was beautiful! It’s the perfect house for a big family (up to 14 people). We all had plenty of room to sleep. The beds was comfy. The couches was comfy to sit on and have a movie night. I love that they have two dining tables so everyone had some where to sit when we cooked at the house! The water pressure was great in all 3 bathrooms and the water gets HOT which is amazing! The basement has another “living room” with a big tv so the adults could watch a movie upstairs and the kids watch a movie downstairs and that worked out perfect. I can’t say nothing but great things about this lake house and I could go on and on about all the great perks but I’m going to leave it at this and let you go ahead and book it and see for yourself! Also if your family is bigger than 14 people they have a house right next door that’s bigger, we didn’t get to see inside of it of course but looking at it from our deck it was beautiful and had a huge deck and hot tub! My family and I will definitely be booking this house everytime we go to Hot Springs, AR!

Great space for a large family

The rules and regulations seem a bit overbearing for renting a VRBO but apparently they’ve had some trouble with people having loud parties. It was a very quiet neighborhood and great for families. The yard had space for the kids to play and we loved the space to eat outside too. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal there and a full laundry room. I’ve never had someone meet me at the house to check in so that was different. We had an issue with a breaker flipping but they answered our call and helped us.

Canal waterfront

Property inside was clean. Personally we all felt priced to high for place. On a dead end canal so you cannot swim in it. I feel they should re evaluate pricing.

Wonderful home and stay!

Perfect for four couples and a couple of kids. Nice cold calm water to float off of dock. Great beds and air conditioning! Enjoyed our time here!
