I enjoyed the cookies more than I should have. It was a welcome treat. The room was spotless. Staff was friendly. I left an item and they called me to let me know the staff had found it and when I returned it was neatly labeled, packaged and waiting. I posted that on social media. I will suggest this hotel to any of my collogues staying in Hot Springs for future conferences.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless, but the room itself could have been cleaner as there was a lot of dog hair and spiders. I also didn’t realize the hotel allows pets, which I don’t think is made clear enough when booking. Noise from the room above was also easy to hear.”

Fairly disappointed

Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with our stay. The first day we had to change rooms because the AC wasn’t working and the bathtub was halfway full of water. I’m mostly disappointed that the pool was green. Staff was friendly though.
