Lakefront 2B Condo with Stunning View! Pool! Boat Slip! WIFI! Family oriented

This 2 bedroom/2 bath, Lakefront Hot Springs condo has it all! Located on the main channel of Lake Hamilton, this property is clean, modern and comfortable and comes complete with beautiful lake views and a covered boat slip (boat slip unavailable during winter months). We allow up to six guests to stay at a time. The two bedrooms each have king sized bed, and we have a third room which includes a double sized bed with a twin bed beneath it (day/trundle bed). Also, there is a large sectional couch in the living room.

The condo has an attached small private, covered deck offering a fantastic view of Lake Hamilton (including spectacular sunsets in the evening). Bring your boat or rent one from the nearby marina any time. Please note there is an additional $50 fee for use of boat slip which I pay to my father-in -law to pick up my boat and move it out of your way. Payment of this fee will be arranged after your booking if the boat slip is needed. Please be advised that the boat sip is unavailable during the winter months between November 1 and March 31 every year because of the annual drop in the water level of the lake.

Conveniently located near everything in Hot Springs. It's a 10 minute drive to Oaklawn Race Track and Casino; 15 minutes to Magic Springs Theme and Water Park; 15 minutes to Historic Downtown Hot Springs; 8 minutes to Mid-America Museum; and 15 minutes to Garvin Woodland Gardens! Just across the bridge (a 3 minute drive) you can rent a boat at Paradise Cove Marina and park the rental in our dedicated boat slip, right in front of the condo.

There is also a public park called called "Hill Wheatley" which is a 7 minute drive away which boasts a small sand beach ideal for swimming and children.This is also a great place to launch your boat.

Elegant furniture with modern touches make the living room a great place to stretch out and relax. Enjoy your favorite TV shows (on basic cable) or movies on the 50" flat screen TV., or mix up a cocktail at the wet bar. There is an additional TV in the master bedroom which has cable. Both TVs are "smart" allowing access to streaming services such as Netflix. There are also smart TVs in the other two bedrooms which are not hooked up to the cable but can be used for streaming. The living room has a large, comfortable sectional couch. A covered deck is furnished with a table and chairs for taking in the views with coffee or cocktails.

A modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. We have tried to finish it with everything you might reasonably need to enjoy your stay. Dining table with seating for four and kitchen bar with seating for two.

The master suite hosts a king bed and adjoining bath with shower & tub. The second bedroom is fully furnished with a king bed, and we have a room we call the office/study which has a double/day bed.

The property comes stocked with all the basic essentials you will need to enjoy your stay. We have tried to include everything we like when we are on vacation.

Family friendly. Pack-n-Play, high chair, and seat booster in unit.

Located in Hamilton Harbors, the complex comes with a swimming pool open Memorial Day through October 1 and a newly refinished tennis/pickle ball court

Washer and Dryer included with laundry detergent on hand.

Please be advised the fireplace is not functional. Please also be advised our condo is located one level above the parking lot. So there are about 10 stairs between parking your car and the condo front door.

My wife and I live in Little Rock and purchased this condo in late June 2019 to use for our family and rent out most of the time when we are not using it. We are thrilled to have gotten very positive feedback from those who have stayed at our Condo thus far.
