18 ft Hot Tub! This tub has 2 sections, with 2 separate temperature options. Keep 1 heated for a hot tub at night, and have the other slightly cooler for a more refreshing dip during the day. This is your ultimate hang-out spot!

The sweeping great room sets the tone: soaring ceilings, a 100" Smart TV, and thoughtfully designed nooks for morning coffee, spirited board games, or a quiet moment with a book. When your group spreads across the property, this is where everyone finds their way back.

Sleeping Up to 13 — With Privacy for Everyone Five king bedrooms (One upstairs bedroom also includes a twin daybed). Five private en-suite bathrooms. No one shares, no one waits, no one negotiates for mirror time.

Each couple, each family unit, each executive has their own sanctuary within the sanctuary.

A large chef's kitchen with an oversized island anchors the social heart of The Black Bear. Equipped with two ovens, a full suite of Caraway cookware, and all the tools you need for everything from a casual breakfast spread to a full dinner party — this kitchen means business. Large groups eat together. This one was built for it.

Step outside and you'll understand immediately. The two-tiered back deck offers layered, panoramic views of the Ouachita Mountains — room for the whole group to gather, or space to spread out and find your own corner of the canopy. Two outdoor fireplaces set the mood when the mountain air turns crisp.
