☀ Pool is open from the beginning of March thru the end of October and is not heated. Hot tub is open year round.

☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning service that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.


☀ Lake Hamilton is lowered by Entergy beginning November 1st through the end of February.

I (Roxanne) personally own/manage this property and are happy to assist you with anything that you need during your stay. Ultimately, our level of interaction is completely on your terms but if you need us, we are just a text/email/phone call away. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have you as our guest! This house was the best rental I’ve stayed in. I was amazed at the quality and detail in the construction. The layout and the amenities of each bedroom far exceeded my expectations. This is a very cheerful home and our group gives it a 10 rating. We plan on renting the home again Oh by the way, the kitchen if fabulous and the host stayed available to us throughout our stay.

New Property in great shape. We loved being on the lake with the boat dock and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This house is better than the pictures. The views are fantastic and the location is near downtown. I would love to come back again.

We stayed for a weekend Thanksgiving get-together with 24 adult family members and it was great! House has a lot of room - main floor and large kitchen was amazing, Lots of bedrooms with their own bathrooms! Highly recommend.

Perfect home for our Group!

We were 15 family members from 2 states, including 6 children under 6. This home was perfect for our stay! The kitchen was awesome with 2 of everything (2 microwaves, dishwashers, ice machines, refrigerators, ovens, sinks!). Perfect for a large group. Everything was very clean and all bedrooms were beautiful and very accommodating. We absolutely loved it! Kids were in the pool every day and loved the putting green and turf field as well. No complaints! Would love to stay here again!

Annual Golf Trip

This was a great house for our annual golf trip. Only 30min drive over to Hot Springs Village for all the golf you need. Great setup and plenty of sleeping room for 12 guys. Highly recommend this house. We will be back.

This house is so beautiful and amazing!! 10 out of 10!! The kitchen is designed for large parties. 2 of everything (sinks, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, ice makers) Plenty of tables and chairs for dining. The view is spectacular! They thought of every detail in the design of this home. Also it was immaculate. Everything was very clean. The host Roxanne is very personable and lovely to work with. Looking forward to staying here again!
