This is a clean, quiet place to stay. No shopping around however, there is a Dodges convenience store just up the road. (They have Hot food. Pretty good too.). Breakfast is basic at the Red Roof Inn. But it is fresh. Coffee is good. You can make waffles, thats all thats hot. Room is kept clean. I did have a few ants crawling on the wall last time. It was spring time so, it happens. Staff is ..ok..an older woman there is a bit grumpy. Daughter and Mom team, nice enough. Grandma? Not so much. Yes i believe this is family owned. That is. For the price. Its pretty good. On the edge of town makes it quiet. Thats why I go there.

No shampoo or conditioner or body wash then when I brought it up to the front desk he acted like I was lying then I spoke with my adviser who contacted the same person at the front desk and guy told my advisor I never complained to him.. awful service

Updated rooms

We only stayed one night and found it to be a very decent “motel” style room. Our room had been updated nicely and best of all Pest Free! Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast with waffle maker but it was really good and well maintained. All employees that we encountered were very friendly. The only down was the bed was a little too hard but it will not keep me from staying again. I recommend for an affordable stay.

Very disappointing

1st let me start by saying as I made the reservation days peior i requested a lower lwvel due to a bad knee, i wasnt even offered a lower level when we arrives out hotel was a smaller box room. Fine its only to sleep that didnt happen either. So i got up to take a shower ans that was impossible as there were zero towel. Very disappointed in thia stay. Will definently be looking eksdir

Hotel is at a good location to visit the bathouses row and the Hot Springs National Park. It may need a little more maintenance in some rooms (in our room the air filter in the bathroom was not working), but other than that, it was all good.
