Quite romantic setting on 38 privately owned acres with your very own waterfall just steps away from the cabin. Enjoy the private hot tub under the stars or roast marshmallows in the open fire pit. Minutes away from Downtown Hot Springs National Park, gift shops, eatery's, brewery's, bath houses and some of the best hiking trails in Arkansas. Get out and enjoy nature at the cabins!
Cowboy pool coming soon. Just in time for summer! No shared spaces and no more than two people per cabin . We also do provide a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels. Rental agreement available upon request and also sent after booking.

Great location for everything we wanted to experience while visiting Hot Springs. We too were visited by Missy. We have never had a deer approach us and it was magic. I would go back again for sure. The cabin was private as described even though there are nearby cabins. Theresa was responsive and a great host. We didn’t want to leave.

.we were tired from a long drive and missed a few directions on how to actually access property, but they responded quickly and we were able to figure out OUR user error!! Cabin was clean, hot tub was wonderful. Would book again. Very nice stay!

What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. My husband and I enjoyed our two day getaway in this sweet little cabin tucked away in the woods. Missy was also a sweet little surprise. She walked right up to us and let us pet her. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven in Arkansas.

I surprised my wife with a trip here for our 10 year anniversary and boy was it a surprise lovely cabin lovely property even had a deer Missy that would come visit us while we were here. Cabin was nice and quaint host was very helpful with anything that was needed, I would definitely recommend this place for someone to stay couldn’t ask for better. We will definitely be back.

It was our first time visiting Hot Springs. The Waterfall cabin was a perfect welcome, and stay. The cabin is beautiful and the outdoor space is even more gorgeous, whether enjoying it during the day or night time. We had a peaceful and relaxing time.

Cozy overnight getaway

My son and I made an overnight stop in the Hot Springs area on our way to TX. This cozy cabin was perfect for two, and I definitely think it's more of a romantic getaway, but it was lovely all the same. I loved how the cabin smelled of cedar and there was so much wildlife. The hot tub and waterfall were a relaxing touch

5th wedding anniversary

I found this Amazing place for our 5th wedding anniversary and we could not have been happier with this beautiful place. The hosts are absolutely amazing and very quick to reply with any messages sent. The cabin is absolutely beautiful from the interior to the exterior. This was hands down the best anniversary trip we have spent together yet. As soon as you pull in to the property you can immediately tell how much work and dedication that Theresa and Rich have put in to these cabins. It is so peaceful and quiet and was absolutely exactly what we needed this weekend. The house was very clean and cozy and the waterfall and little pond was awesome to see every morning with a cup of coffee on the enclosed porch. The hot tub was hard to get out of for sure !!! You can not go wrong with staying here ! You may even have some visitors we got to see a deer that came by every day and will even come up to you and the cutest little cat named “ buddy “ We cannot thank y’all enough for an amazing experience here and cannot wait to come back !
