HOT SPRINGS SUITES — HOUSE RULES

Welcome to Hot Springs Suites! Please respect the property and other guests.

RESERVATIONS & GUESTS:
- At least one registered guest staying at the property must be 21 years of age or older.
- If booking for someone else, the primary staying guest`s name and contact information must be provided in advance.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight unless approved in advance.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval.

QUIET HOURS & GATHERINGS:
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- No parties, events, or large gatherings.
- Overnight guest count may not exceed the approved occupancy.

SMOKING & FIRE SAFETY:
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property.
- Smoking or vaping inside a suite will result in a $450 additional cleaning fee, plus any additional remediation or damage costs.
- Candles and incense are not permitted inside the suites.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS:
- Pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival and permitted by the applicable booking channel.
- Approved pet stays may include up to 2 pets under 20 lbs for a $110 pet fee per stay, unless otherwise approved.
- Pets must be contained when unattended, cleaned up after, and must not disturb other guests.
- Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or additional cleaning.
- Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law.

PARKING:
- One complimentary on-site parking space is included per reservation.
- A second parking tag may be available upon request. Additional free street parking is available nearby.

SAFETY & SECURITY:
- Children must be supervised on balconies.
- Do not share your door code or tamper with smoke detectors, cameras, locks, or other safety equipment.
- Exterior security cameras monitor entrances, exterior areas, and the parking lot. There are no cameras inside guest suites.

PROPERTY CARE:
- Please treat the suite and its contents with care.
- Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear and for excessive cleaning.
- Please report any damage or maintenance issue promptly.

OTHER:
- Cryptocurrency mining or similar high-energy commercial computer/server activity is not permitted.
- On-site management is located in Suite 107 and is available for urgent assistance during your stay. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 first.
- Management may enter the suite when reasonably necessary for an emergency, safety concern, urgent maintenance, or repair.
