Bell staff were the best! These guys understand hospitality. Front desk staff were ok- Michele was terrific. Breakfast was ok; how about a waffle maker? Not a fan of powdered eggs. Room was a nice size, beds comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent. They did not do the frozen / microwave eggs, bacon and sausage. Everything was properly cooked and seasoned. Location was perfect - right in downtown, easy walking distance to the Baths, restaurants and attractions. We plan to go back.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, and the property itself is very nice. Unfortunately, the parking garage felt unsafe due to homeless people hanging around, which made me uncomfortable. I also found hair in the bed, shower, and sink, which was disappointing. Great service, but cleanliness and safety need attention.

Shower was not clean, no grip bars or washcloth bars in shower. No towel bars in bathroom. A/C unit old, loud. TV remote would not power on/off TV. Had to do so by locating switch underneath the TV. No variety at breakfast. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
