Open floor plan, huge yard, with perfectly gentle sloped lake access. Over 1700sf of inviting and relaxing decks and boat dock. MAIN CHANNEL = year round water. If we could give this property and host 6 stars we would! Check on was super simple and easy. The property was immaculate and cozy. Plus i accidentally forgot my hearing aid case and she had it mailed back to us. We would love to stay here again!

The place was cozy and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We found both the location and the view of the lake were very nice. We enjoyed the deck with its perfect lake view. Had a nice stay. Everything was nice and clean. Properly owner was amazing with suggestions on what to do in the area. We couldn't get the hot tub to heat and she went over while we were exploring and made sure everything was up ready and running upon our rerun that evening. Would stay here again!

Couldn’t have been happier with this cozy and clean little lake cottage! Hosts were fantastic in accommodating us. Location is far enough outside Hot Springs but still close enough for everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall nice and clean!!! Exactly as described in ad, easy check in and check out. Nice linens and furniture throughout, very quiet and tranquil location, close to everything Hot Springs has to offer. The host was very sweet and easy to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!
