Lake Views that Will Take Your Breath Away!

This spacious 1800 sq ft three bedroom, two bathroom single story house has accommodations for 6 to 8 people.

It is located on the southern shore of Lake DeSoto in the resort community of Hot Springs Village. It has a fantastic lake front location which results in a panoramic view of Lake DeSoto. We have enhanced the natural drainage channel that runs from the woods to the lake at the side of the property by adding a pump to make it a relaxing babbling brook that you can enjoy in the evening on the deck or dock.

Swimming, fishing, boating, and hiking are all at your fingertips. For the golfers in your group, the number and quality of the Hot Springs Village golf courses is legendary.

As can be seen from the photos, landscaping features Encore Azaleas which bloom throughout the year! The house comes with three kayaks, a pedal boat , life jackets and water toys/floats. The large boat/swimming dock can accommodate your boat or one of our pontoon boat which is available for rental by our guests.

The house is easily reached from the main entrance to the Village, being just off of DeSoto Blvd and only about three miles into the Village. The Spa town of Hot Springs is less than half an hour away and offers many sights and attractions. These include art galleries, antique shops, museums, botanical gardens, amusement park, horse racing at Oaklawn Park, etc., etc. A wealth of interesting recreational opportunities.

This property is located only a few doors down the street from one of our other Village rental house on Castellon Drive, which can sleep 8-10 people. See VRBO listing 134164. Our third Lake DeSoto waterfront property is a four bedroom/four bathroom house that sleeps 8-12. It has a great lake view! See VRBO listing 191874. Ask about our package deals for large groups that require multiple houses at once! In the summer, June through August, we rent with a one week minimum, Saturday to Saturday.

We have pontoon boats, aka party barge, for hire by our renters. Please inquire for details.

Nice size house. Plenty of room for 6 adults and two kids. Comfy beds, plenty of parking, we had 4 vehicles. Great communication with owner. Great location! Beautiful view of the lake. Kayaks, canoe and paddle boat was so fun. Nice dock to fish on. Peaceful and quiet except for our laughter. Porch is huge and great for family game time.

We had a great experience. Check in was easy and went very smoothly. The house was exactly as advertised and very clean. We had an issue with the dish washer, but Cor worked to fix it immediately. The kitchen appliances all work well. I am sure most people don't like to cook on vacation, but I do. It would be helpful to have a large fry pan, instead of the small ones.

Everything was breathtaking we just celebrated our wedding anniversary of four years, and it could not have been any perfect my husband grilled we use the canoe. We even sat out on the boat. It was great. Would love to come visit the same exact place every year.

Location, location, location. The house was very spacious with great views of the lake from the balcony and dock. Beautiful sunsets. Cor was very friendly and answered any question in a timely matter. Would rent again.

Nice place to stay

The covered deck above the lake was our favorite about the property. The house was what we expected it was clean, comfortable and had what we needed for the most part. The grill is subpar and there wasn’t any baggies or foil just an fyi. Walmart will deliver to the property so we just placed an order for the things we needed. If back in the area we would stay at this property again.

Great lake view

A great location and view of the lake. Inside needs some work. Bathroom ceiling’s falling in. Carpet has stains and rips in the couch. The master bed has a plastic mattress cover so we couldn’t sleep on it because it would get sticky. The owner recently had surgery so hopefully he will be able to address the issues soon.
