All great, will do again

The house was great and the host was outstanding. Will definitely look at this property if we come back to Hot Springs Village.

July Family Stay

The property overall was fine, but we did have a couple of issues. The internet wasn’t working at all when we got there, but the property manager was immediately available and kept working with me and the internet provider until it was resolved. The temperature in the house was inconsistent from floor to floor and room to room. The system turned off completely (probably a timer) while we were out during the day and it was pretty warm when we returned but it cooled down quickly enough. The fridge wasn’t cold at first but did finally chill down and they sent a handyman to check it out. He was really nice and cleaned the coils and intake to make sure it would stay cold. The house was well equipped and had plenty of towels, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils ,laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. It’s a good layout for a big group especially with three bathrooms. The littles in our group loved playing in the sunroom. The teens and young adults chilled in the basement, and the adults stayed mostly upstairs. We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again.

Great house and terrific host!

The house was awesome and the host was terrific. We had 8 guys there playing golf and everyone had a great time. The house was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. Hope to stay there again.
