Wonderful place to land during work visit to Houston

This was a great place for myself and a few coworkers during our few days in Houston for work. We had a clean and calm space to return to, and the personal welcoming touches really made us feel special. Would stay again!

Houston Christmas

Lovely renovated property centrally located to everything you might want to experience in Houston. The home is in an older neighborhood; not many of the surrounding properties are updated. The neighhborhood was quiet and safe. This home delivered on every listing detail. The check-in process was clear and easy and the host was friendly and very responsive to our inquiries. We have family in Houston and will consider this home for all future visits.Just wanted to share 2 things that may be helpful to know. There is no oven for cooking only a stovetop. The windows are covered with privacy film with no blinds or curtains. That was quite an adjustment for our traditional travelers. 10/10 Recommend

BETTER THAN A HOTEL! EXCELLENT LOCATION!!

My colleague & I had a Conference Event at UofH Downtown for several days. We both live in separate areas on the outskirts of the city and did not want to spend several hours each day sitting in traffic. Hotels in this central area are quite expensive, especially if 2 or 3 people want to book several hotel rooms. This very modern, very convenient home has it all!! So clean, quite roomy & welcoming!! Excellent Hosts sent prompt communication and are a pleasure to deal with. House is an absolute gem in a up-and-coming part of Houston so close to everything!!!! We are two females & felt completely safe and loved the comfortable rooms. Thanks for sharing & we will definitely be back for future events!!

Adorable

The owners did a wonderful job fixing up this home. It had all the modern amenities and comforts of home but still had oodles of charm! I was so glad to see houses being fixed up in this part of Houston! This was a great place to stay!

Perfect Modern House

My family & I loved this modern house! It was my first time booking a house to stay in. The owners were super good on communicating with me. The house was super clean & it was perfect for us 6 to stay. We went to a concert at minute maid park & it was only 10 min away which was perfect! I will definitely book again in the future!

Great stay!

Clean and modern place. About 15-20min drive to most places downtown including Museum of Fine Arts, Toyota Center and Minute Maid Park. Neighborhood is older, however we never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay again.

Truly amazing and cozy

The house was very cozy. The setup was welcoming. Our small group of 5 was extremely comfortable in this 3 bedroom house. Even though I had trouble for a minute trying to access the house, I contacted the host and we were able to get in immediately. She also checked to make sure everything was good and if there was anything we needed. Like I said the house was amazing, but having a caring host took it over the top for us.
