When I got there the eviction notice was on the door. The apartment reeked of marijuana which the Property Manager states was from another unit since their unit had been empty for the last couple of days. The instructions state there is no parking in assigned parking unless there is a tag so I was told about guest parking. I go in to take a shower and just call it a night, part of the ceiling had dropped in the tub and water was dripping. I left immediately as I was done. Guess the person needed my $$$ for the pending eviction asI am still waiting on a refund. I travel alot and first time this has happened with VRBO.

A Place to Sleep & Eat While Remodeling

If you are looking for a place to lay your head at night and drink coffee in the morning--this is the place for you. Don't expect spectacular views. Despite a location overlooking the parking lot, this was a fairly quiet apartment in a very old complex. Locking and unlocking the door was somewhat problematic. Thank goodness the landlord left instructions on how to operate the TV--we would never have figured it out on our own. We couldn't figure out how to lock the door on the dishwasher--so we didn't use it. The best part--spectacularly clean and no roaches!! Oh, and the bed was pretty comfortable--we wish we could say the same for the couch.
