We had a great stay at this Houston property and would absolutely rent it again.The home itself is intentionally designed and thoughtfully laid out. The space felt clean, modern, and comfortable, and the amenities made it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay. Everything we needed was provided, and the property felt well cared for.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication with the host was excellent throughout the process. They were responsive, clear, and made the entire experience smooth from booking to departure.The location was also very convenient, especially for anything at NRG Stadium. It was only a few minutes away, which made getting around extremely easy.The neighborhood is transitional, with a mix of newer builds and older homes. However, the property itself is fully gated and equipped with cameras that provide close to 360 coverage of the exterior. For anyone who might initially have reservations, those security measures definitely helped put our minds at ease. We felt safe during our stay.Overall, the property delivered exactly what we needed: a comfortable, well-designed place in a convenient location with a responsive host. We would definitely stay here again.

We traveled to Houston for my daughter‘s 11th birthday. We went to a concert at the rodeo to celebrate, and this property was in close proximity to NRG Stadium. The home was located in a spot that appeared to be a little sketchy, but they took all precautions to make sure that we were safe and secure. From the fence, to the gate protecting the entrance, and secure locks we felt absolutely safe staying with three younger girls. The home was beautiful and exactly like it was described online. Communication from the host was superb.

Great Place Close to NRG Stadium

This is a great place to stay for a function at NRG Park or if you need somewhere to stay near the Medical Center.House was very nice, very spacious, and very secure. Being able to use the app to access the gate operator and being able to park in a secured garage was a bonus!Will definitely stay here again when we need a place in the area!

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful and well maintained home. I stayed with 2 colleagues for a work trip. While I wasn’t familiar with the area this home was located, I found it to be very peaceful. I was told by friends who live in the Houston area that it might not be the safest neighborhood, but we did not have any issues. I’m originally from Queens, NY and I didn’t feel unsafe AT ALL! The owners were amazing and truly we felt right at home! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a home away from home!

Beautiful Home

We truly enjoyed our stay this weekend. The home is exactly as pictured. The host has excellent communication and is very responsive. The tvs in every bedroom is a huge plus, as my family were all able to enjoy their favorite shows. The kitchen is modern and plenty of appliances to prepare home cooked meals. The gate adds a touch of extra security so we slept well in the comfy beds every night! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our needs

Lovely rental option. We wanted to be close to NRG stadium so location was ideal. House was clean. There was some train noise at night but not overly impactful. Kids slept through it. Even my 8 year granddaughter told me she really liked the house. Would stay there again, if we go to another football game.

Stayed for a Texans game

The property was very clean and well maintained. It was less than 10 minutes to NRG which was perfect since we were there attending a game. The fenced in/gated property made us feel secure. There was enough parking for two vehicles if you use the garage.
