Other Things to Note:

★ IMPORTANT ★



Please note before booking: These units are compact (approx. 470 sq ft) and best suited for travelers who prioritize value and convenience over space. The property is located near train tracks, so train noise will be heard at times, but a white noise machine is provided for added comfort. Also the neighborhood is more urban and may feel less polished compared to other areas of the city. Guests will share access to outdoor spaces and laundry facilities with other residents. These units are very cost effective for groups of three or four. We want to provide full transparency so you can make the best choice for your stay.



★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.



★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★



The Short-Term Rental Permit Number for this house is STR-2025-001240 issued by the City of Houston.



★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.



★ 3 ADDITIONAL UNITS ★



This property is situated on a lot with three other units. Each of the three extra units features a living room, dining area, kitchen two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. All four units share access to the laundry room and backyard. Contact the host to inquire about booking 1-4 or all the four units together.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 4+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first 3 guests. With each additional guest, a $19/night fee will be applied.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★



All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.
