Good location for NRG but…

It was within walking distance of NRG. It was directly above the parking garage so there was constant noise and lights shining through the window. The couch was covered in dog hair, the floor was sticky, the air vents were black with dust, the carpet was very stained and the couch and part of the bathroom were chewed up. The walls were also thin and you could constantly hear the neighbors and people in the halls. The owner was hard/impossible to message and when I called, there was a language barrier. Ocwr a week out I tried to adjust my check in date and they were not accommodating..
