arrived 1 hour early from a cruise and was feeling very sick. needed to lay down. Was charged $30 for early check in. And the water was even off in our room for the next three hours. they said they could do nothing for us. POOR customer relations. Front counter woman terrible to us. Also put us in a room at the farthest end of the building even though there were much closer rooms the cleaning lady told us.

The room was extremely noisy between the ac unit and the planes. I have never heard such a loud ac. We were also til breakfast is from 7-10…came down and no breakfast!! It is available, but you have to pay!

Rooms were very clean, comfortable and modern. The woman working the front desk when we checked in was very nice. And there is a bistro in the lobby area that was open until 11pm Saturday evening, for late night snacks or meals for people arriving late. I can’t comment on the area around the property as we arrived in the dark and had to check out at 4:30am to catch our flight.

The lobby was under construction and We had no water. Construction happens, I understand, but I don’t think I should have been charged $30 because we arrived early. The room was ready so no one had to rush to check us in and if we had to pay for early check in we could have been advised before hand. I had already paid for a room that we never used because our flight was cancelled on the way to Houston.
