Clean, great location, comfortable for 2, at a great price.
I had received a message from the manager telling me to contact them if we had any issues. Upon entering we noticed that the "double futon" was basically a love seat. No problem as we needed it to sleep one. Then we found no instructions on how to how to access the wi-fi, use the TV, what to do upon leaving, zero. Having stayed with VRBO/Homeaway all over America, France and Italy, there is always information covering pretty much everything. So I sent a text to the manager asking for the wi-fi password, I sent another about 4 hours later. I got an apology for the delayed response sometime late that night. Upon returning late that night, we found out that the futon was no futon or if it was, it would not fit anyone over 5 ft tall. Bottomline, this is a great place for 2 people willing to share a bed. It is too small for 4 and does not have sleeping nor eating accommodations for 4. Compared to other VRBO units, management response is very slow and information is lacking and inaccurate.
