Gorgeous home 20 mins away from IAH George Bush Airport

Great location !! Located 20-25 mins away from IAH BUSH AIRPORT, Willowbrook, Deerbrook and Woodlands Mall. Only 30 mins to get to Downtown Houston. This place is near all the restaurants on 1960. Ex: Denny’s is within walking distance from the house. We also have a Dollar General and gas stations right outside the neighborhood. You also have the option to take public transportation. Very safe neighborhood on a gated community. You also close to all the hospitals in case of an emergency

Due to COVID-19 Certain rules are subject to change especially for large crowds.

Anything over 5 people is considered a large crowd

Please let me know in advance what time you are trying to check-in so I can have house and door codes ready for you. Not showing up at the time you stated may result in cancellation

For events & parties I charge higher anywhere from $499-$1500 per night depending on size of event, time of the year, number of parking spots etc.... please message me for more details.
The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may not book for another person.
IF TOTAL GUEST COUNT IS EXCEEDED, a fine of $225-500 will be added. Additional guest is $35 each after 4 guests. Just be honest and let me know an estimate of guests and I can possibly give you a discount.

You can smoke in backyard or outside the home. NEVER INSIDE THE HOUSE. ($500 penalty for smoking inside)


Any violation of these rules gives me the right to cancel the reservation, even after check-in.
