I wish we would have picked another property for our spring break stay. This was not what we were expecting. We had issues getting in with the code provided and then it ended up being the wrong code. Upon arrival we saw itâs not in a good neighborhood and it is not the heights area as advertised. Also in the master bedroom a toilet paper package was left out. The rugs are dingy(I have pictures showing how dingy and sing stains on the living room rug), the sectional has recliner sections that rise and make noise, and there was a chair that was loose at the eating table. Every early morning around 4-5am we heard trains all morning long! Also our last morning at 3:45am we heard a loud noise. My husband looked outside the window and the street was being power washed. It was also very hard to get in and out of the townhouse. Itâs on a busy street with no parking and they were working on the street the entire time of our visit making the street just a one way. The master bedroom door did not close or lock and there were remotes for the TVs that did not work. Also I had to point out that there was a nail protruding out of a stair that my child stepped on. I also wonder the last time someone stayed in this property because the clocks had not yet been changed for daylight savings time. We spent a lot of money for our spring break trip and were extremely disappointed on the location the care of the house, the cleanliness and the noise factor. Would never book at this location again.
