The reason I decided on this stay was the advertising of an airport shuttle. Whuch the night before my reservation was to start I called and asked directions on to get their shuttle. Was informed there wasn't a shuttle which kind of but us in a predicament. All the workers were friendly and respectful. I sure hope the take off the airport shuttle off of the interent.There were other places that offer a shuttle but not here . Breakfast had options daily..

Our suite was perfect for our overnight stay with grandkids--2 separate bedrooms, a living room, and kitchenette. Spacious, clean, 3 TVs. Nice breakfast included in price. Will definitely stay here again.

They don't automatically clean the rooms unless you ask them prior to 11am. I did that and I returned to my room at 5 PM and no one had cleaned it. No paoer towel either. I asked them to send someone to clean it and they said all the cleaners were gone! I asked them to change my room and they refused. They did not even let me to talk to the manager. They did not reimburse me at keast for 1 night.

The staff was very personable and helpful in ensuring that I was able to locate my room easily. The room was very clean and it felt good to walk in and see a welcome on the television screen. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Unilaterally cancelled without notice

After a long and exhausting journey, we arrived and were informed that our reservation no longer existed. They alleged "overbooking", that was clearly not real, as the hotel was able to assign us a room immediately after we were forced to pay for our stay a second time. Fortunately, the Hotels.com agent, was very helpful and quickly resolved the double-payment issue, processing a refund for the initial, cancelled reservation.

Our room was dirty. The furniture was stained. I refused to sit on the couch and chairs in the room. I would’ve requested a change but we arrived at 11pm after a very long day. The lady who checked us in was SO NICE AND FRIENDLY! When we went to check out and let them know how the room was there was no one there to check us out and we stopped by multiple times at the front desk.

My boyfriend flew in from Alaska and we were able to enjoy a three day stay. The breakfast was amazing. We occupied the pool. It’s very quiet if I had to pick another hotel stay I would pick this one again.
