What an experience!!!
I think they was operating using minimum staffing.......the room only had enough towels for 1 person even though i checked in for 2 people... no writing pens, we went to grab something to eat there was no trash bags....we contacted the concierge for room service....they never came.....we had our Fuji White Range Rover valet parked....when we got our vehicle to go eat...some how it had a big spot grease/tar.....it looked like a scratch on the paint....that issue was quickly resolved......We definitely weren't pleased with our stay.......thats more than likely our only stay there.......the room seemed like it had a 70s decor

Hotel reminds me of a low end Vegas hotel. There was a big sticky spot on the carpet and I’ve bumped my calf on the bed frame some many times I could barely walk. Staff was great.

Room was not up to standard, paid for sheets to be changed every day, & didn’t happen, at checkout had to ask for a receipt & glad I did because seen many unexpected charges… will not return!!!
