Wash towels was not place in my room prior to check in. Had to go to front desk to request. Same issue no wash clothes left after room was clean 2 days later. Bathroom dirty (dry blood from prior guest on the floor) and door kept getting stuck. Pest problem

Terrible customer service and GALSE ADVERTISING!!

Waited 2 HOURS for the airport shuttle to arrive at the airport to pick me up. The hotel is less than 10 minutes away so I was very upset about that. Talked with Management who didn’t seem to care to much about my issue. I booked this hotel bc the amenities listed online were what I needed. FALSE ADVERTISING! Online and in the hotel they advertised restaurant and bar inside the hotel which DOES NOT EXIST! They also said there is restaurants within walking and there isn’t. I had to pay for DoorDash for food and drink since I was here to celebrate cinco de Mayo! I just pray the shuttle is here to take me to the airport at scheduled time. This has not been a good stay so far

Estuvimos 5 noches pagadas por adelantado, el servicio fatal, las habitaciones sucias, con cucharachitos, los colchones incómodos, el inodoro todo descarapelado, solo ponían 1 toalla para manos, no limpiaban la habitación todos los días, el desayuno horrible, jamás me volvería a hospedar en ese hotel, me dio confianza por el nombre pero muy decepcionada.

We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but we arrived an hour early and were told we had to pay extra for per room. Several families coming from the airport had to wait in the lobby as well. On top of that, the coffee machine was broken and the phone in our room didn’t work.

The property was clean and made us feel safe. The desk staff was rude and the shuttle driver called out, making us scramble at 2:30 am for an Uber to the airport for an early flight.

Lobby coffee machine was out of order. Sign said no coffee for breakfast. Restaurant was permanently closed and no where near to eat except Marriot within a 10 minute walk on highway. Rooms need to be renovated. This is definitely not a corporate property

Beds were really bad, only allowed 2 towels, pillows were soft that your head was laying on bed. I found a personal vibrator for a woman under the bed when i had to look for my lipstick under bed. There was a sock also. So house keeping is not that good. We wanted to check in early an they said to come back at 130pm and we did then the lady told us 230pm. I was like why would you change your mind. Didn’t like that at all.
