No smoking allowed on the premises. This includes vaping. Please help us keep Beechnut Haven a smoke-free zone. Violators will lose security deposit.
Pets must be well trained to stay. . If specifications are violated, security deposit will not be returned and if damages, additional fees will apply.
Please do not remove towels and linen from the property. Missing towels/blankets or damaged and stained will result in a replacement fee.
