Nice but pricey

Overall decent stay but for the amount you pay, I wouldn’t do it again. Upgrade the twin sized beds . Location and property not worth 300$ per night . Host very prompt with responses seems nice - thank you for the stay.

My stay

We stayed here for my birthday, we enjoyed everything about the house . However Our rental car was attacked by over sized birds in the driveway of the home . This was my first time in Texas so that was my first time seeing those birds. But they did damage the rental car . Other than that , the home was amazing

Excellent Experience

The property was immaculate. Rooms and decorations were tidy. Furnishings/amenities were in excellent condition. The hosts responded quickly to texts and their communications were thorough, clear, and patient every step of the way. I can’t imagine a better rental experience. We will be back.

Very accommodating

The towel racks upstairs and in the master bathrooms weren't screwed in, so they kept falling, and the beds needed at least one more pillow each, but there were no real problems with the property. It was very nicely updated, very clean and well maintained. The owners were kind and very easy to work with. It was spacious and had everything we needed! HIGHLY recommend these owners and this house. It REALLY fit our party of 7 with room for more.

Owners need to be more attentive

Texted owner pool was dirty, he said pool people were there yesterday. Text owner saw a roach and ants. He text can’t control the insects keep doors and windows closed which obviously we did with 116 degree weather. We have stayed in lots of VRBO never had to deal with roaches. Will never stay here again especially when the owners did absolutely nothing when we text our concerns!! That is not a way to treat your rentals with the thousands that we paid for 1 week. Not considerate at all.
