This inviting 4BR home in the heart of The Woodlands is perfectly situated for your visit. The home sits on a 7500 sq foot property on a quiet tree lined neighborhood with walking trails everywhere. There is even a small lake that’s a 10 min stroll from the front door of the house!

A modern kitchen with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances has plenty of counter space for cooking, a breakfast bar, and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods. Large, recently remodeled master bath with lots of light, soaking tub and connected to a very large walk-in closet.

The master BR and the two main living areas each have large screen TVs with Amazon Fire Stick for Smart TV access for viewing your favorite streaming channels like Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. WiFi is complimentary with excellent connectivity and speed. Full sized washing machine and dryer in the house. New AC units were recently installed to ensure you stay cool in during our warm summers.

The spacious backyard has a newly rebuilt deck with a pergola that backs up to a green belt, so all green and beautiful outside the back door. The backyard is fully gated and feels very secluded. Finally, in case you own a Tesla, there is a 220 port in the garage for home charging!

Great Family Visit

We stayed here during our spring break while in town to visit family. The floor plan is ideal for privacy for guests to have some separation, yet it is all on one level which was necessary for my father. Lovely setting for neighborhood walks with Reedy pond and amenities nearby.

This home comfortably sleeps many adults, and each of the 4 beds sleeps two. The kitchen is great, and a Krogers nearby makes the stay very affordable. George was great as a host, and the neighborhood was quiet. Would absolutely recommend!

Outstanding home for week+stay

This was our first experience with a "home" on VRBO and we were very happy. George was wonderful to work with. He welcomed us and made sure he was available if we needed anything. Nice, quiet location

The property was 15 minutes from our son’s home - so extremely convenient for us to slip away to sleep. Plenty of space for 7 of us to eat, sleep & be together. Lots of TVs with great service. Private deck area- we just weren’t there enough to enjoy.

We didn't want to go real far from home - but about an hour away seemed just right. Finding someplace that would allow our pups was required and we found everything we needed here. This property was a great house for our moving transition needs. The property is clean and well stocked, nice yard, and very quiet neighborhood. It’s rare to be able to walk to places in Texas and there are a number of restaurants just a.5 mile walk away on the trails. George was a great host and very helpful working with our schedule needs for check in and check out. Would definitely use a property hosted by him again!

Perfect location for our son’s wedding at the Woodlands Country Club. This property was exactly as advertised. Quiet neighborhood tucked among the trees. Clean and spacious. Great place for your family and pets!

Our family of 8 and our pup stayed the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and central to many restaurants and shops. The house has plenty of room, comfy beds, great master bathroom and an awesome fully fenced back yard with a fabulous porch! My hubby and I shared a nice bottle of wine one evening on the porch - the trees block much of the noise from the streets and the outdoor lighting was relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a large enough table that we were able to spend part of one evening playing board games together. We all agree it’s a great place to stay!
