It was comfortable and well accommodating. Shuttle driver was great. Checkin was a breeze. Did not have continental breakfast, But it looked like they had a nice set up

Although requesting a week in advance for an early check in , staff did little to try to accommodate my request. I expressed to them that I had a 9 hour drive from TN to Houston and that I would like to check in in before 3pm to rest since I would be traveling all night.
Secondly , when we first checked in our hotel we killed two roaches that night, both were crawling near the bed. I had to toddlers with me and was extremely paranoid to keep my little ones in that room seeing that they had roaches. I told the front desk that I wanted to change rooms and the manager Anthony Lynch made it a big deal that I wanted to change rooms the day before checking out because I had seen a THIRD roach in the bathroom. After going back and forth he switched us to another room. No roach was found in this room but it had a terrible smell that I can’t describe. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or their inconsiderate staff. They didn’t clean the rooms , take out trash , etc. I was not told beforehand that the rooms would not be getting cleaned daily.
