Nice place with a few little issues

Room was fine. Only downer was the shower flooding the bathroom floor -a water scraper is provided but a poor design flaw. Consequently the bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant whiff arising from poor drainage i guess. We had access to the 2 hot tubs as part of the room rate - these are shared with certain other rooms. Didn’t use them as went to the nearby Secret lagoon (only minutes away). Unfortunately another couple did so about 23.00 and even though they were not being noisy, their conversation could be heard in our room as the tubs are sandwiched between 2 rows of rooms and sound inevitabily carries. We ate in the restaurant and were impressed with the food for the evening and the range available for breakfast. Free parking available outside hotel. A useful shop over the road to get a sandwich for lunch. Hotel staff were friendly. I did have to show proof of my entitlement for free drink as per Silver member booking but was then offered the drinks - clearly there is a system issue on this aspect somewhere along the line.

The photos do not do this place justice. Literally one of the cutest nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in in all my travels. Incredible staff. Outside hot pools are amazing. Rooms are cute and perfect. Dining room and food are incredibly delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful decor and great spot

When walking in we were mesmerized by the beautiful decor. They greeted us right away. The room was fine, beds small but expected , the only thing was upon r they needed more staff. Two people were trying to do it all and completely forgot about bringing us food and never checked on us once.

Gluten Free warning

Beautiful Hotel so clean and stylish. The dinner was so lovely and so flavoursome. My only issue was when I asked for Gluten Free Bread - I was told the brown bread was gluten free - it very definitely wasn't! no gluten free bread is that stretchy unfortunately

This property was very beautiful. The rooms were clean and cozy. The hot tubs were very nice and felt private however one was not getting hot while we were there. Close by to Secret Lagoon which was a nice bonus.

Having the hot tub is nice but you could get a room very far away and on a cold night it makes it hard to want to enjoy it.

This property has a very nice, convenient restaurant with great food. The staff is very welcoming and the bar is open very late. They provided use of robes for the hot tub. The room was very clean and bigger than a few other places with a nice closet. The bathroom was spacious. We had our own door that led out to the hot tub area. The only room for improvement would have been that the key to the room does not unlock the door to the room from the hot tub area so you either have to prop the door open or find the door that leads into the hallway to get back to your room. Don’t leave your key in your room unless you prop the door open. There is some light pollution in this area from the local greenhouses. It was a great location to visit the Golden Circle and the Secret Lagoon. We would stay here again.
