Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Dirty Swimming Pool, is not resort villa

This is not a resort villa, is more to private property owner. Not contactable, difficult to find the location. Owner unable to speak international language- English. Difficult communication. Private pool is very dirty, totally unable to use it. No shower gel, hair dryer, kettle is not heatable. We believe that property is not being clean before we arrive. Ants running around and cockroaches. Totally disappointed.
