Fantastic set up and very comfortable. Fantastic fishing. Mike is a great host and Nook my fishing guide did so well. I had a great 2 days Fishing and one nights stay.
My catch for the 2 days was as follows :-
4 Redtail Catfish up to 40 kilos
1 Thai Redtail Catfish
6 Siamese Carp up to 39 kilos
1 Swai Catfish
2 Wells Catfish up to around 15 Kilos
1 Arapaima to just over 51 kilos
Cracking sport
expensive stay and very poorly breakfast. the worst breakfast in my entire life of staying in the hotels. also to be honest I was the only person who was staying in the hotel for three nights. even during the weekend no one came which amazed me. poorly managed hotel. waste of money. fishing is not added and it is very expensive. I strongly recommend hotels.com to remove this hotel from its list.
Great 3 days of fishing. It would be wrong of me to single any member of staff out as better than any of the others because they were all great everyone of them was super friendly and helpful in their own area of expertise from cooks to fishing guides. As for the fishing well wow it is an amazing place and so well stocked with so many different species of MASSIVE FISH. My biggest catch during the 3 days was a 180lb Arapaima I also caught a 160lb Arapaima various Thai and Amazon Redtail Catfish and a Aligator Gar (which I was really happy to catch as it was my first ever). Other people fishing during my time were catching big Siamese Carp giant Pacu Cho Prya the list goes on. I have fished in many different fishing resorts through out Thailand over the years but I think I have now found my favourite place. The price you pay for a days fishing is less than half of what other parks charge but donât be fooled in to thinking the fish here are smaller because believe me they are not. The owner is also super friendly and very approachable. If you need any help or advise from him he is more than happy to offer it or if you just want a coffee and a chat he will be up for that to. So if your in Hua Hin and enjoy fishing give this place a go. I should point out I am a genuine holiday maker and have nothing to do with this resort, this is my own personal review based on my recent visit March 2019.
Had a great stay and rented a bungalow for 2 nights with 3 days fishing. In total I caught around 50 fish with Arapaima up to 120lb, Redtail catfish up to 50lb and Siamese carp up to 50lb. Also caught Pacu and Aligator gar. David (John Wilsons brother) runs the fishery and makes you feel very welcome. Also excellent guides if you need them. Definitely recommend and look forward to going back.
