We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and, even though there was a bit of a language barrier, they always did their best to accommodate our needs. The property itself was well kept and spotless — our room was tidy, fresh, and exceptionally clean. We especially loved having a balcony overlooking the mountains, which made the stay feel extra special. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout our visit. One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 45–60 minute walk from the train station. If you’re traveling with luggage, it’s definitely best to take a taxi, which costs around 200 NTD. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

This is a really beautiful place to come and stay. They very kindly gave us an upgrade as they had the space. The staff were AMAZING to us, they were so helpful. The room was excellent. Super clean and really, really comfortable and well decorated. We would definitely come back if we stayed in Hualien again.

pretty good place to stay in Hualian

hotel is a good condition hotel, friendly staff, room is big, location close to train station. half hour to Taroko. 15 mins to downtown. check in earlier if room is available. Laundry onsite with coin.

整體而言算是很有質感的民宿

整體而言算是很有質感的民宿,含吃到飽早餐(沒什麼肉但好吃,餐具還不錯),可免費停車但一旁大概只有10幾個車位,開出去逛逛回來就沒位子,還好民宿不在鬧區所以路邊可找到車位。商務房不大沒桌椅,但一樓交誼廳有不少可坐的地方,房間外有不錯的小陽台,但得留意小黑蚊。

A cheap overnight stay in Hualian

We got a good deal on the long weekend as the bnb was newly opened. The staff were super friendly and helpful. However, the bed was pretty small (as my husband is 185cm tall) and the curtains didn’t block the light properly. The breakfast buffet was mediocre with limited selections but worth the money we paid. Overall, I would recommend this place to young backpackers or people who just need an cheap overnight stay in Hualien city (and those who enjoy art, such as woodcraft, gallery and hipster-ish atmosphere)
