The rooms are old, the beds are uncomfortable, they do not have a telephone or Wi-Fi in the rooms, the staff is apathetic and not friendly, the restaurant only has two options, chilaquiles and eggs to taste. The woman at the entrance of the restaurant and She was rude and not at all friendly, the hacienda is beautiful but this hotel is not worth paying for, the surroundings are beautiful and there are many lodging options around.

Me gustó la historia y el tamaño de la hacienda, así como el show que dan de la historia del Conde de Regla. No me gustaron los precios del restaurante, muy caros, y cuando llegué a mi habitación había una carta de bienvenida con el nombre de otra persona.
