A Home to Relax and Unwind
The loft living rooms sit up under the eaves, where the skylights pull in daylight through the day and there`s room to cook, eat and relax together. Bedrooms are carpeted and quiet, which helps when a group is keeping different hours, and you can wind down in front of the smart TV in the open-plan living space. Beds are made up and fresh towels left out, so you can arrive late and just drop your bags.

• Kitchen: Open to the living room, with hob, oven, microwave and washing machine.
• Bedrooms: 15 bedrooms spread across the self-contained flats, carpeted and quiet, with 21 beds in total, 13 doubles, 2 singles and 6 sofa beds. Wardrobes and bedside storage in the rooms. Some bedrooms have skylight windows rather than standard ones.
• Bathrooms: 7 bathrooms across the flats, with a full bath, shower, and heated towel rail.
Location
This is a residential pocket of Newsome, just south of Huddersfield town centre and within easy reach of the Pennine countryside. The town centre has high street shops, independent pubs, and the Lawrence Batley Theatre in a converted Methodist chapel, with regular bus and train connections from there across the area.

The flats sit across the upper floors with sloped loft ceilings in many of the rooms, so headroom is reduced near the eaves and around the dormer windows. There`s no lift, and access is by stairs. Some bedrooms have skylight windows rather than standard ones. Floors are carpeted in the bedrooms and living areas, so we ask that you remove shoes to keep them clean. Quiet hours run from 8pm to 8am, please respect the neighbours. Pets are not allowed at the property. Check-in is self check-in via lockbox, with full instructions sent the day of arrival. Please put rubbish out before leaving or every three days.
Extra charges
Free private parking at the rear covers up to 15 cars across the property. Any additional vehicles are charged at £10 per day.
Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
