Journeys End brings you into your own private cove side paradise. Privacy surrounds you on every side of this magnificent Tudor waterfront property. Our home offers the perfect place for the luxury lake experience. You won't be looking at other homes but instead over two acres of pristine woods and an expansive 300 foot waterfront area with a huge gentle sloping lawn and gorgeous views of the lake from both the deck and dock area. You will feel like you have your own private park. The swimming area is ideal because it is protected from boat traffic and you can float to your hearts desire without floating away. To insure your safety we have added a dock lifeguard shock warning system to our swim area. Our water front has a great floating dock, stationary dock and a sandy beach area. When you are ready to put your feet up you can sit in the huge hot tub, or choose one of 3 decks or the lakeside dock area. Enjoy exploring the lake as you cruise the shoreline in our four complimentary kayaks or two paddle boards. At night enjoy our complimentary firewood and the lakeside fire pit area to roast your marshmallows. Every detail has been taken care of, and the quality of the home, appliances, and furnishings are unmatched. The expansive kitchen is fully equipped and your family can enjoy meals together around the large oak table with seating for ten. Granite countertops and high end large and small appliances are available for you to use. Watch movies together in the expansive great room with cathedral ceilings which can seat ten plus people. Children will enjoy the game room which can be found downstairs next to the children's bedroom. They can enjoy Playstation 3, bring their own gaming system or watch DVD's. Battle it out as you enjoy playing a family tournament on the air hockey, pool, ping pong or foosball tables. You will find high speed internet and Wi-Fi throughout the home. This home offers over 3,500 sq. feet of living space with 5 large bedrooms including a huge master suite and attached bedroom. There are 3 bathrooms, one on every floor and a half bath off the deck. Located right off the main channel of Craddock's Creek you are in a protected cove, but only a cove away from the most beautiful part of Smith Mountain Lake. We have a whole house generator to insure you are uninterrupted during your stay. The location is ideal and only a short drive to all the restaurants, boutiques, and grocery stores.
