the unit itself was nice. communication and instructions were poor. vrbo message was very clear that i was to get an email from the host. i never got one. when i contacted the host it seemed like i was bothering her trying to get info. a simple email would have taken care of the evening's worth of texting and vrbo checking. after finding the instructions embedded in a message no one even did a follow up to see if we were ok. vrbo still had that i was to get an email from the host. the "final instructions" that i finally downloaded and printed (a simple pdf that they could have emailed as stated) really needs updated info. it tells you to bring toilet paper, paper towels,trash bags so we did but on arriving and unloading those items are abundantly supplied. says there is a coffee maker so we brought our Kurerig but there is one there. we have never been in a condo unit that did not have a washer and dryer but this one doesn't and for the price it should have.

It was great! I didn’t realize that only one car was allowed with the property. So finding a place to park for my other friends was a real challenge. It is a beautiful condo decorated really well.

Really Appreciated the clean, neat, tidy space for extended family at this VRBO. Crystal’s space is perfect for family of 4 or 5 people. Lake view from balcony and SML location are wonderful. Be mindful of no linen service available. Nice quiet community with pool, fitness room and community dock. Very much appreciated this condo - Thank you, Crystal!

Newly updated, clean, and stylish condo. Friendly neighbors who can give advice about where to go. The electricity can get a little finicky when the storms roll through, but great otherwise. There's also an osprey nest at the lake side of the property.

Sunset views!!

The condo was clean and comfortable with spectacular floor to ceiling windows of the lake with stellar sunset views over SML and the mountains. The location was perfect for our group of 5 adults— 5 minutes from the state park (fishing and hiking), 15 minutes to eateries/grocery, and 45 minutes to Peaks of Otter. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We hope to visit again soon!

The property was light, airy and very clean. It was lovely to be so close to the water and to be able to gather our family for graduation weekend. The selection of pots, pans and especially coffee-making machines was great, as we like to cook and drink coffee! Thanks for having us.

This condo was a great home base for my family's summer vacation to SML. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but there was good space my my family of six without everyone being underfoot (even on the rainy day when we were all inside all day). There is some minor maintenance to be done (chipping on ceiling, water spots), but everything was in pretty good condition, and we were able to find most of what we needed in the kitchen's cabinets. The pool was a favorite for my kids, as was walking down to the small beach to collect some shells. It is not far to marinas (boat rentals) or the state park (which has a beach). Very nice location!

Beautiful views and responsive host

Very thankful for Crystal providing the necessary info prior to the trip and taking my call when we first arrived and had a question. Our kids appreciated the soft couch and soft throw blanket and it worked well for them to sleep in the twin over full bunk bed (age of kids 8, 5, 2). The bedrooms were dark enough for us. It was a great trip overall.

Perfect condo for family

We enjoyed this condo so much during our time at the lake. Everything was clean, the owner was very responsive when I had questions, and the location was perfect since it is so close to the state park. We enjoyed the pool everyday. We will definitely plan on booking this place again!
