The Space

This renovated 4-bed 2-bath farmhouse blends modern comfort with original historic charm. You’ll find original trims and doorways throughout the home, along with a bright living space and updated kitchen perfect for cooking and gathering together.

Sleeping arrangements include 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, and 1 Twin bedroom/daybed space, all on the second floor. Please note that the twin room serves as a walkthrough room to one of the queen bedrooms. Two updated bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, offer a blend of comfort and character, with the downstairs bathroom featuring a classic clawfoot tub that complements the home’s historic charm.

Outside, enjoy a large fire pit with Adirondack chairs, surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking wide open fields. The property also features outdoor dining and grilling areas, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the peaceful countryside setting.

Back inside, the home includes a washer and dryer, Smart TV, fast WiFi, board games and gathering spaces, and a dedicated workspace for remote work if you need to stay connected.

The Area

Just 3 miles to downtown Hudson, the home offers easy access to Hudson’s restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and galleries. Enjoy location convenience while returning home to the beauty of the countryside.

Winter Access

The driveway and parking area are plowed during winter storms, but AWD or 4WD is still recommended during snowy or icy conditions.

Guest Access

Guests will receive self check-in instructions prior to arrival, along with a digital guidebook filled with house information and local recommendations.

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request depending on scheduling.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM–8 AM

As the home is located in the countryside, wildlife and occasional insects or field mice may be present during your stay. Please be sure to secure garbage and food outdoors to avoid attracting animals.
