Very dingy, no basic amenities, bugs everywhere

The establishment was closed when I arrived around 10:00pm from completing the Hai Van pass. I had to ask the neighbours to call the proprietor and let me into my room. The room was dingy, had no toilet paper, no blankets, no drinkable water, and looked disreputable to the extent that I suspected bed bugs. The exterior photo is completely false and the interior photos are extremely misleading.

Disastrous booking

Complete disaster! We booked a family room online and when we arrived they had no room for us. After a hot days travelling this was unacceptable. They then tried to downgrade us into an awful place across the road but we didn’t stay. Fortunately hotels.com found us another hotel across town

Like a hotel. New facailities. Fresh rooms. Great

Building has been recently updated. Great rooms. Clean and everything is new. Floors walls all things are like new. Great hotel especially for price and compared to other places in area and same street even. Highly recomended. They also rent motor bike and has great staff. Good location 5 mins from the imperial citadel

Good value for your money

Good room and friendly people that work there. Their English is not so good but they understood most things. Breakfast is not to special but delicious (you don’t get a lot). Location is fine, some restaurants in the area! If you want to go to the ‘backpackers’ area it’s a 15 min walk.

Pomimo potwierdzonej i opłaconej rezerwacji na miejscu okazało się, że hotel jest nieczynny i nie przyjmuje gości. Właściciel z rozbrajającym uśmiechem zapytał nas, czemu wzięliśmy pokój u niego, skoro zrobił sobie kilkudniową przerwę z okazji święta Tet. Naszą uwagę, że rezerwacji dokonaliśmy online skwitował tekstem, że on nie używa internetu. Skierował nas do sąsiedniego hotelu. Ponieważ zapłaciliśmy za dojazd i straciliśmy na poszukiwanie właściciela i dyskusję już dużo czasu, zgodziliśmy się. Warunki były dramatyczne, o wliczonym w cenę rezerwacji śniadaniu czy wodzie nie było mowy. O zwrocie pieniędzy również. Katastrofa.

なぜ?

ホテルに着いて予約確認したところ予約リストになく説明もなく数件隣のホテルに連れて行かれた。予約した条件の部屋どうりなのかは、分からないですが予約していた部屋のトイレ・風呂よりも狭く感じましたしシーツも嫌な匂いがしました。 モーニングは、お願いすれば作って頂けました。 ホテルの場所は、少し分かりにくいです。食べ物屋もコンビニも直ぐ近くにはないです。
