Overall not acceptable. The first room was very dirty and was not ready and the parking situation was totally unacceptable. The fair was in town on our last evening and we were not allowed to use the car park as this was used by the fair people.

Leider haben wir ein Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen das sowas nach Zigaretten gestunken hat, dass es kaum auszuhalten war. Wir haben aber schnell ein Ersatzzimmer bekommen. Jedoch waren die Kopfschmerzen leider schon da. - Auch wurde uns zur Wiedergutmachung kein Frühstück oder Preisnachlass angeboten. Irgendwas sollte da schon kommen, wäre schön gewesen als Zeichen des Guten Willens. Aber sonst wars sauber, nur das Bad ist etwas im die Jahre gekommen...

Hotel gut, Freundlichkeit ausbaufähig
Die Begrüßung und der Abschied waren nicht wirklich schön. Man hat sich fehlt am Platz gefühlt. Auch wenn es heißt, es ist jemand bis 22 Uhr da, war bereits um 21:45 alles dicht. Als wir den Schlüssel abgaben, kam ein „jo“ zurück, mehr nicht. Der Kollege merkte dies und wünschte uns noch einen schönen Tag. Es war wirklich sehr irritierend. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und auch das Bad bietet viel Platz. Alles in allem ein schönes kleines Hotel, was ich weiterempfehlen kann, wenn man keinen großen Wert auf Kommunikation legt.
