Casita Está Aquí literally means "little house is here" or as we say: "It's here!"
It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle. This single-storey holiday home is located in a quiet area and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The decor is cheerful and summery and the three bedrooms ensure that you can enjoy it with the whole family or a little group of friends. Everything is as you are used to at home: from the TV and available WiFi, to the equipped kitchen with all appliances including a washing machine, to a practical dining room and a cozy lounge.
The Casita is located on the private property of our house, with total privacy if desired. A private terrace with seating and dining options and parking space(s) are included as standard. It is also wonderful to relax in or by the (if necessary: heated) pool in the fly-free area.
Casita Está Aquí is within walking distance of the village of Úrcal and a 10-minute drive from the thriving but traditional market town of Huércal-Overa with numerous bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, sports and leisure facilities, hospital and weekly street market on Mondays and Thursdays. It is a 35 to 40 minute drive to the beaches of the popular seaside towns of San Juan de Los Terreros, Vera and Mojacar. And there is much more to see in the area!
