Lovely apartment, great location but not 3 bedrooms
a really lovely apartment in a fantastic location. chalet host was really helpful and quick to respond to queries. However, there were a couple issues that cannot be overlooked.Firstly, I was looking for a 3 bedroom apartment. I had ruled out other properties that were much Cheaper as the 3rd ‘room’ was not a private space. We were therefore dissapointed to discover that one “bedroom” was 2 beds off the corridor as you walk in to the property, with just a curtain for privacy. No door. This impacted us. There was also no space in the “room” for any stuff.We cleared some space in a living room cupboard for my 12 year old and I kept my 8 year olds items with me. Not ideal. I would not have chosen this property if that had been clearly described/ shown.secondly, I stayed in what was described as the master bedroom - it has an ensuite with it. The bed is one that you may see in a studio apartment that can be pushed up against the wall (on axis). Such a bed is practical but that functionality is not necessary. There is plenty enough space for a proper bed. The mattress is much thinner than you would have in a standard bed and far far far less comfortable. On a plus side, there is plenty of storage space in both this room and the other bedroom.Finally - boot room is by far the worst I have seen.it was cold, wet, puddles and overflowing bin. The actual apartment is lovely. Well equipped kitchen, lovely balcony, nice to have Use of pool and sauna.. close to ski lifts and shops.
