The en-suite features a walk-in shower, large bath for a relaxing soak, twin vanity basins and toilet. The very well-equipped kitchen and dining area features stylish units and a granite topped centre island. The kitchen opens through to a lovely bright sunlounge with quality comfortable chairs and sofa and a dining table for 6. This room gives access to the beautiful, decked patio with luxury garden furniture and views to the front and rear gardens where you can sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The living room with a 50” Smart TV and views of the back garden can also be accessed off the sun-lounge or hall. All of the spacious bedrooms are tastefully decorated with an abundance of storage and offer views of the gardens and countryside from the rear rooms.
The 6-person private hot tub is enclosed in an open fronted summerhouse in the very large back garden so no matter what the weather you can enjoy the bubbles under the twinkling fairy lights. A small bar area, bar stools and comfortable chairs are also provided if you do not wish to take a dip but would like to watch the sun set. A decked area and seating for the early morning sun is located at the rear of the property with the main decked patio on the side of the property to get the last of the evening sun.
Close to the property in the village of Ottringham is a pub, Indian restaurant/takeaway, a post office/convenience store and a children’s park with zip line. The costal resort of Withernsea, and miles of sandy beaches, is a 15-minute drive away with Hornsea and Bridlington easily accessible. In the surrounding area of Holderness you will find both rural countryside and spectacular bird colonies. The unique Spurn Point Nature Reserve and visitor centre and Hornsea Mere are not to be missed. There are stately homes at Burton Constable and Burton Agnes or visit the medieval town of Beverley with its 13th century Minster and renowned racecourse.
Hull, the 2017 city of culture, is 25 minutes away and home to the spectacular Deep Aquarium or visit the free museum quarter where you will find the Street-life museum and William Wilberforce House. Take a stroll over the magnificent Humber Bridge which is still one of the largest single span suspension bridges in the world. Another graet place to visit is the city of York and it’s many attractions makes a great day out for all the family. This property offers a superb base for exploring this area of East Yorksire.
